Hurricane Rita has been downgraded to a Category 3, but the sustained winds are still very strong – measuring 125 mph.
And the hurricane is very large, with tropical storm winds extending 205 miles from the center.
Hurricane Rita will probably make landfall between 1 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Saturday morning, September 24th.
